

There's essentially just a couple biomes. There's very little variety in the terrain so it's not like the game is full of extremely interesting looking areas. The world, while large, is mostly empty with nothing going on and I found myself resorting to just alt tabbing out of the game while my character auto ran to the next checkpoint. For example he talks about the lack of fast travel and the fact the world is huge makes your journeying feel 'epic', but in my experience with the beta that's absolutely not true.
